About
With strong roots to Joseph Pilates’s principles, a powerful system that simply works, simultaneously, my intuition became an undeniable force I followed, and chose to trust. Together, it all led to how I live and how I teach today—with pure passion and a continual search for the bigger picture. After working with hundreds of bodies and being able to make a difference for many clients, understanding how energy plays the biggest role, knowing the power of words, met with the intention, simply lead to new possibilities. That made me seek more. My teaching approach has evolved from seeing the body as a unified, living network—where physical movement, emotional awareness, breath, and energy are interconnected and constantly influencing one another. By cultivating presence within the whole being—mind, body, and inner awareness—this way we create the conditions for movement to naturally improve and evolve much faster, supporting continuous improvement on both a physical and energetic level.
My guiding principles
OPEN YOUR BODY
OPEN YOUR MIND
OPEN YOUR HEART
They emerged organically over years of teaching, observing, and feeling the profound transformation that movement can bring. As I led my sessions and classes, I found myself instinctively moving with a deeper intention — not just to exercise the body, but to prepare it; to practice and embody all fully.
Here, you won’t focus on music, choreography, or comparing yourself to others. Instead, the focus is on mastering the ability to feel and connect with your own body and inner compass—allowing you to cultivate the energy and mindset to remember how your body is designed to move freely, and to make every exercise positively challenging. It is a system within a system within a system, much like the nature of our body itself.
The studio is an intentionally designed space. It radiates open-heart, grounding energy that supports growth. It’s a place where you can pause and truly feel, making it easy to leave the outside world at the door. Each class becomes an invitation to tune in, allowing every session to feel new and uniquely yours, because every detail matters.
My mission is to help - to give my clients an empowering workout and guide everyone in class to move with intention, and see limitless potential.
The passion we have for movement is one aspect; it is what we see on the outside but not necessarily what we feel and understand on the inside. After decades of studying and exploring the body as a whole, it took me back to the beginning, where I fell in love with movement because of how it made me feel - liberated and strong . It also meant learning about life and healing in depth. To me that meant to make movement more powerful by teaching accountability, and understand true long lasting change only happens within. No one can do it better than you.
Meet Tania
Founder of CUE THE BODY
Tania’s path has always been guided by movement—from the grace of dance to the intricate relationship between mind, body, and spirit. At a young age, dance wasn’t just something she loved—it was so much more. Fast forward, that passion took her to London, where she pursued her dream of studying dance at the London Contemporary Dance School.
Prior to relocating and following her dream, she felt called to enroll in an intensive yoga and pranayama workshop, a profound, transformative experience at age 19 that introduced her to breathwork, energy channeling, and healing one self. This pivotal moment sparked a passion for holistic practices and marked the beginning of a lifelong passion and exploration to a deeper understanding of the human body and life.
In 1997, Tania earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the London Contemporary Dance School. During her studies, it was then when she was introduced to Pilates while seeking help to recover from an injury. What began as a way to heal became a lifelong calling. After her recovery, pilates continued to be a practice, and support system to strengthen and deepen her technique.
In 1999, she completed her first comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training with the guidance of Romana Kryzanowska first generation teacher and a team of master teachers leading the program at the Pilates Institute. In 2004 she completed a second certification with Power Pilates, followed by the pursuit of exploring more, she completed a Yoga Teacher Training, and a yoga teacher training for children. Her passion and devotion to inner work and independent study is part of her daily routine.
Tania’s journey is never static—it’s constantly evolving. Studying with master teachers from around the globe is her way of vacationing. Today, over 25 years of working with clients, Tania has developed her own holistic system, one that honors the integrity of Pilates and also each discipline she studied along her journey, while consciously bringing them together with clarity, simplicity, and a deep understanding of how it’s all inter connected and evolving.
Her goal is for everyone in class to take away what their body truly needs, feel a new sense of empowerment, and allow every day to be a new experience. A place where people can reconnect with their bodies, feel supported, and be part of a beautiful community.
Tania is a truth-seeker, an intuitive, a forever a student and a leader. She approaches her own practice with the same curiosity, compassion, and openness that she brings to every client she meets. Each day, she looks for what is real, what is felt, and what is needed—both for herself and for those she guides.
Her classes invite you to move with authenticity, and to explore your body with a sense of wonder. With Tania, exercise becomes an ongoing conversation with yourself, a chance to discover something new every single day—about your movement, your strength, and your inner knowing.
