Can I book a class if I’m new to pilates?
Yes — our classes welcome all levels. You won’t be left alone, you will get the support and modifications needed as well as be presented with options so beginners feel supported and advanced clients feel challenged.
What should I bring?
We provide everything you need. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely; barefoot is encouraged and or grippy socks if you choose to wear socks
How long are classes?
Depends which class , regular equipment classes 50 min
How long are private sessions?
55 min
How do I book?
All classes can be reserved online. Spaces are limited. Please waitlist if class is full and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions and to let me know which class you are looking to get in.
Policies
General Studio Policies:
Arrival: Clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
Cell phones must be silenced; In order to be fully present it is important to keep you phone out of sight for you to have the most and for the class as a collective and the person next to you.
Booking & Payment
Reservations Required: Classes must be booked in advance (online, app, or by phone).
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged.
Private Sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.
Health & Safety
Medical Conditions: Clients should inform instructors of injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class.
Liability Waiver: All clients must sign a waiver before participating.
