CTB Transformative Mat Classes
Step onto the mat and into a journey of transformation. Awaken your body’s innate intelligence. Unlock your strength, release tension, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that resides within your body. You will learn the discipline of classical pilates, elements of yoga, and so much more as we explore movement as a continuous journey, always changing. Becoming your own teacher is the big takeaway.
CTB Reformer and Tower Classes
This class is designed to bring the mat work to life through the intelligent support of the Reformer and other apparatus. Movements that may feel out of reach on the mat become more achievable and reintroduced with the feedback and assistance of the equipment you’re working with. Whether you're refining your practice or working around challenges, the equipment should support your body helping you move smarter.
CTB guided Breathwork & Meditation
This is a grounded, modern approach to stillness: no rigid rules, no previous experience needed. Just a space to breathe, soften, and come back to yourself—whether you're brand new to meditation and breathwork or looking to deepen your inner practice. I will guide you from simple to more profound breathwork techniques and gentle meditation to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect—with no pressure to “do it right.”
