CUE THE BODY SYSTEM

The system is rooted in the classical foundations of Pilates, and I stay true to its core principles while my own journey and after working with hundreds of bodies, I organically created a deep understanding of energy, space, and time, and the power of words carry and the intention we have.

The meaning of the 6 principles, breathing, concentration, center, control, precision, and flow, gets easily lost when the focus is on choreography and competing with an image rather than mastering first the ability to feel and connect with your own body, and understand how it is extremely important to learn to have full accountability

The Cue is the knowing, therefore the key to evolving,

The space is designed to radiate open-hearted, grounding energy—supporting strength, growth, and healing. Each class is an invitation to tune into what your body truly needs, allowing every session to feel fresh, intentional, and uniquely yours.

Meet Tania, the founder

Tania’s path has always been guided by movement—from the grace of dance to the intricate relationship between mind, body, and spirit. At a young age, dance wasn’t just something she loved—it was so much more. That passion took her to London, where she pursued her dream of studying dance at the London Contemporary Dance School. Prior to relocating and following her dream, she felt called to enroll in an intensive yoga and pranayama workshop, a profound, transformative experience at age 19 that introduced her to breathwork, energy channeling, and healing. This pivotal moment sparked a passion for holistic practices and marked the beginning of a lifelong exploration of deeper understanding and connection to the human body.

In 1997, Tania earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the London Contemporary Dance School. During her studies, an injury and a desire to deepen her ballet technique led her to Pilates in the early 90s. What began as a way to heal became another lifelong calling.

In 1999, she completed her first comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training with Romana Kryzanowska and a team of master teachers. She continued to expand her expertise with Power Pilates, another comprehensive certification in 2004, and a Yoga Teacher Training in 2012.

Tania’s journey has never been static—it’s constantly evolving, studying with other teachers from around the globe. Today, she’s pursuing a breathwork certification. Over 25 years of working with clients, Tania has developed her own holistic method rooted in classical Pilates—one that honors the integrity of Pilates and each discipline she’s studied along the way, while consciously bringing them together with clarity, simplicity, and a deep understanding of how it’s all connected.

In 2018, she opened her second studio, Cue Pilates, located in Northbrook, Illinois—an intentionally designed space created to radiate pure, open-hearted energy. Cue Pilates offers a warm, welcoming environment for transformation, strength, growth, and healing. Her goal is for everyone in class to take away what their body truly needs, feel a new sense of empowerment, and allow every day to be a new experience. A place where people can reconnect with their bodies, feel supported, and be part of a beautiful community.

Tania is a truth-seeker, an intuitive teacher, and forever a student. Each day, she brings the same curiosity and compassion to her own practice that she shares with her clients. Her classes are not just about movement—they’re about presence. They’re about tuning in, coming home, and remembering that everything is connected.
